This large house is in Alto Dorado, a great neighborhood with an ideal microclimate location.  The house is accessed by paved roads in a Boquete sweet spot with lots of daylight, cool temperatures, and on the very edge of the bajareque zone providing just a touch of sparkle to the gardens. The house is only about 6 minutes from downtown.

A unique feature of the home is the little tropical forest that is part of the titled property's backyard.  The forest provides access to wildlife, bird refuge and a visual foilage buffer from any neighbors.  The well-tended lawn in the backyard provides for romping and the property fencing provides added security for pets or little ones. Nice landscaping provides a relaxing and colorful yard.

This house is great for a family.  Currently, there are four bedrooms, a maid's quarters and an office providing easily six bedrooms for your family if used for that purpose.  Or use your imagination...craft rooms, entertainment centers...so many rooms lends itself to your creatively and personal needs.

There are two entry gates.  One is electric. The wrap-around driveway leads to a large carport easily covering two cars.
