This 3 story house has 3 living spaces -

• a very private 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment downstairs (king bed) w/ living room, kitchenette and private patio.
• A 1 bedroom (double), 2 bath unit on the main level w/ living room, dining room & full kitchen, & a 2 bedroom (1 queen, 1 king, 1 sofa bed) &
• one bath unit upstairs w/ living / dining room, kitchenette & private balcony.

The house is on a park-like 1.25 acre parcel & is completely fenced & gated. Awesome large outdoor fire pit. TVs on all floors.

The Ponderosa is fenced, gated and very private.  Enjoy the horses, dogs & chickens on the property.

We have a brand new beautiful (and large) glass entertaining room with living / dining / fireplace, commercial kitchen and full bath. It is available for day use, private parties, or special dinners (at an additional cost).  The hosts are former Restaurateurs from California and can cook meals or a special dinner / party if desired. There is an outdoor fire pit available to guests.

Guest access

Your group will be the only guests, you will have the use of all three floors of the house. The owners lock their our private area / office.

The neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac, with low traffic, beautiful views of fincas and Boquete, and homes are not very close by.

Getting around

7 minute car ride into town. Cabs run about $3.
